5 Gaming Rules & Fair Play Policy

6 Prohibited Activities

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Pk9 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• Violation of Terms & Conditions.
• Registering with false or misleading information.
• KYC verification failed.
• Accounts inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• Account closure at the member's own request.

If an account is closed without any rule violations, any remaining balance will be refunded. If closure is due to a rule violation, bonus funds may be forfeited.

If you wish to close your account, please contact support. Make sure to withdraw your balance before submitting a closure request.

8 Responsible Gaming Policy
